William F. Buckley Dies at 82, a critical thinker from a more civilized age

This is so sad.
William F. Buckley is from a better time when people were rewarded for critical thinking, a more civilized age.
When he first spoke out, people rejected him, but upon reading his various writings and commentaries, they discovered he made common sense, whether you agreed with him or not.
Political pundits who have never read anything by William F. Buckley will remain in the dark.
WFB understood that to educate was to “bring people into the light”, even if they are kicking and screaming.
